Established in 2021 by publican Dominic Jacobs, Ardent Pub Group delivers the gold standard of public houses. The group operates three celebrated pubs in the UK - The George in Fitzrovia, The Cadogan Arms in Chelsea and The Hound in Chiswick.
All of the pubs have garnered critical acclaim, with The Cadogan Arms ranking 40th on the 2024 Top 50 Gastropubs list, The George debuting at #91 on the 2024 Top 50-100 Gastropubs list, and the group recognised as Food-Led Pub Group of the Year in the R200 Awards in November 2024, as well as winning Best Premium Food Offer in the Publican Awards 2026.

What's Happening
Plated Festival
This August, we’re taking part in Plated Festival, Chelsea’s month-long celebration of food, where local restaurants and pubs showcase exclusive, limited-edition dishes. From 1st – 31st August, we’ll be serving our Jamón, Huevos y Patatas Fritas – a Mexican-inspired twist on the pub classic, featuring tequila-glazed ham hock, tajín fries and charred pineapple salsa. Available in limited quantities each day.
